What happened to all the YouTube videos embedded in my posts? #cmk16

Last night I was editing videos in YouTube Creator Studio like:

Suddenly, two weeks worth of my video creations vanished.

What the?

Fortunately, I have the original video backed up on hard drive.

I must go back and re-upload, re-edit, and re-embed.  I’m like

What are your strategies for coping with technological difficulties?
